All entries must be submitted by parent or guardian,
and must have the child’s first name, age and grade,
as well as the adult’s e-mail address and telephone
number clearly printed on the back of each entry.
Dominick Media has the permission to list the name,
age and grade of the entrant and to display their
art on Nicky’s website. All entries become the property
of Dominick Media. No entries will be returned.
